EXCHANGE

-At Sayuri we currently do not offer returns. However we are happy to provide exchanges under the following conditions :

- Exchange request must be raised with 48hrs of receiving the product.

- The item must be unused , unwashed , and in original condition with tags intact .

- Exchanges are allowed only for size or defective products .

- Products bought during sale /discount are not eligible for exchange.
