How it works

1. Tap Start your exchange and enter your Order ID and email.
2. Choose the item you want to swap and pick your new size.
3. Select the reason (size or defect) and pay the ₹180 exchange fee.
4. Delhivery picks up the original from your address, and your new size ships out.

Exchange policy

• Exchange must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact.
• Size or defect exchanges only. Sale items are not eligible.
• A ₹180 exchange fee applies.
• We do not offer returns or refunds at this time — please check the size chart before ordering.
